how sweet and precious new life is. and it comes in the most beautiful packages.
i had the privilege of photographing this family a year ago, and so was thrilled to be able to take some pictures of their newest edition. meet Liam, one and a half weeks old. he is as perfect and wonderful as can be.

i cannot say enough wonderful things about this family of 6. they are not only a beautiful couple with extremely cute kids, but they also have very big hearts and inspiring lives.
Each and every child is so unique to me, and they all have the most amazing shades of blue and green eyes (which is super fun to photograph!) Also, Lora is very creative and has a very fun blog, Eager Hands, and etsy shop that you should most definitely visit!

hello my name is...

this is the beautifully pregnant Beth. she is 22 weeks and radiating that beautiful pregnancy glow! i had so much fun snapping these shots of her right before it started raining. we wanted to do some pictures earlier in her pregnancy, as well as some more closer to the end, so you will be seeing her again soon!

summer dreams

when you just don't want to forget...

sometimes there's just that one (or two, or three) specific thing that you need captured on camera because you can't imagine forgetting it. i have a particularly large and chunky baby boy, that i just know will be a 6'5'' bean pole one day. i wanted to remember the chunks and rolls that i get to squeeze and kiss every day right now, and this was the result. i just love these pictures! plus, they'll be perfect for his wedding slide show...

sweet aurora

this child is dear and close to my heart. not only was she born exactly one month to the day after my son, but most of the year our families live together with 12 people total in less than 500 square feet on the road. she is six months old and this was the second time that i have photographed her...and it is definitely not the last!
she has the most beautiful eyes that get bluer every time i see her
